Retrofit Information, Support and Expertise
Retrofit Information, Support and Expertise (RISE) is a free service funded by the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ). We provide training, guidance and support to help social housing providers and local authorities to plan and deliver retrofit programmes funded by the Warm Homes grant schemes. We also provide resources for suppliers, distributors and installers of retrofit measures under these schemes.

Our expert-led team creates and delivers high quality training, events, resources and one-to-one mentoring. RISE offers support to those across the retrofit supply chain, enabling suppliers to better meet the needs of customers and the sector as a whole.
